Coach Tiffany Davis-Baer

Tiffany Davis-Baer started her career as an educator, with a background in human development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she established herself as a leader.  Her cheer leadership began in 1996 when she was a UCA instructor for 4 years, traveling right out of high school and throughout the college years where she conducted summer camps for teenagers throughout the state of Ohio.  Her cheer career really blossomed as a Big Ten cheerleader at University of Wisconsin-Madison 1996-1998.   She then became a Dance Team member from 1998-2000, she’s known as the first to do both at the University of Wisconsin! Go Badgers!  She cheered in 2 Rose Bowls and Rose Bowl Parades, a Copper Bowl, the Outback Bowl and at the NCAA Basketball Semifinals.  Tiffany also appeared on Jay Leno during the 2000 Rose Bowl and remembers this as the highlight of those days!!!  Shortly after graduation, Tiffany was crowned Miss Madison 2002 where she represented the Capital city with grace and passion!  During her reign she traveled the state speaking about child development initiatives, encouraging people to invest in children and their dreams !  She also built, from the ground up, 2 competitive Allstar Programs in Madison, Wisconsin. She loves seeing her girls from the early 2000s as moms, business leaders, cheer coaches and great contributors to their local communities TODAY! 

Today, Tiffany is a Human Resource Director where she continues to assist leaders in cheering on their teams, creating plans that work and growing each person to their highest potential!

Tiffany and her husband Rick have 4 children and live in Nocatee with their 3 sons (Aric, Titan, Zane) and a daughter (Maddox).  They are her biggest accomplishment, and she loves seeing them achieve their goals no matter how hard they may seem at first.  You can find Tiffany playing in the park with her children, organizing events in the community and encouraging people to give back to others!

Currently, she is the Head Cheer Coach at Nease High School, go Panthers!!  She loves spreading joy and helping those young ladies love the sport and take on leadership roles in the community! She hopes to inspire them to want to be College cheerleaders or Coaches one day!
